About Mind Blossom & Bloom

Hi, I'm Emma.

I'm the founder of Mind Blossom & Bloom, psychology graduate, primary school teacher, tutor, mindfulness coach, and proud mum of two.

​

I’ve always been passionate about helping children feel calm, understood, and emotionally strong. During my years in the classroom, I saw how much children benefit from simple tools that help them manage their feelings, find focus, and believe in themselves — not just to help them learn, but to help them thrive.

As both a teacher and a mum, I have seen first-hand how powerful mindfulness can be. It helps children pause, breathe, and reconnect with the calm and courage that’s already within them. I wanted to share that magic with more families and that is how Mind Blossom & Bloom began.

At Mind Blossom & Bloom, my mission is simple: every child deserves the tools to feel calm, grounded, and emotionally empowered. Through mindful, playful, and purposeful, I’m making mindfulness part of everyday life helping children blossom into their best selves, one mindful moment at a time.
